Like all of you, we continue to monitor the evolving impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and the effect it currently has on how we live and do business right now. Here is an update on what we are doing in our office and store location in light of these unprecedented times.
Effective Tuesday November 24, 2020 Tech Wreckers will no longer be accepting any Services/Repairs, E-Waste Drop-offs or Pick-ups until further notice.
Due to recent events of Waterloo Region being placed in the Red Zone under the Covid-19 Restrictions, we will no longer be offering Services/Repairs, E-Waste Drop-offs or Order Pick-ups until further notice. If you have a computer or otherwise here to be serviced, your services will be completed and shipped out to you. We will email and/or call you with your tracking number once your service is completed.
If you have placed an order and chosen to pick it up during your checkout, you will be contacted for your shipping information when your order is complete and ready to ship.
As we have stated before our number 1 priority is the health and safety of our Customers and Team.

Following guidance from local government and public health authorities, we understand that practicing social distancing and reducing public gatherings in our office and store is critical.
Tech Wreckers until further notice has suspended all repair services and closed our store to any walk-in traffic. We are also no longer accepting any public e-waste drop offs.
Currently our office team is working from home and we are only taking online orders at this time. We can be reached through our websites contact us page for any questions or concerns about any products, orders, etc.
We are hopeful the early measures we have taken at Tech Wreckers Inc. will help to maintain the safety of our employees and have an impact in limiting any potential spread of the virus.
